REGG, deceased, the Court finding-that the decedent-died on the 4th day of June, 1971; that all interested persons .have joined in the Amended Petition; that the material allege- _ Lions of the Amended Petition are true; and that an Order of Summary Administration-should be entered, it is E - _ _ , ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that there be immediate distribution of ~ the assets of the decedent as follows: To-MARY KEGG, Box 36, Dun1o, Pengsylvania 15930, as _ - to an undivided .five-sixths (5/6)' interest; and ~ MARY ANN BELL, 2149 East Willis, Unit 34, Detroit, Michigan 48207, as to an.undivided one-sixth (1/6) interest: Lot 22, Block A, WEST END ADDITION, as per Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 2, at page 5, of the Public Records of-St. Lucie County, Florida; SUBJECT TO Articl-es of Agreement between GEORGE I. KEGG and MARY REGG, his wife, and EDGAR L. JONES and RUTH JONES, his wife, dated September 6~-1960, and recorded in Deed Book-262, at page 143, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. It is further ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that those to whom specified parts of the. decedent's Estate are assigned by this Order shall be entitled to receive. and collect the same, and to maintain actions to enforce the right.
