(1) STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:
It is stipulated that HOYT C. MURPHY, INC., is a registered
real estate broker.

(2) EVIDENCE Documentary and other evidence listed and presented
at the Pre-Trial Conference together with the one amendment
filed by the Plaintiffs by certificate of service dated
September 21, 1979, shall be admitted into evidence subject
however to authenticity,-relevancy, materiality and other
rules of evidence:
1. Those items listed in Paragraph 5, sub-paragraph A -
through M of the Plaintiffs' pre-trial statement is -
incorporated by reference herein.
2. Paragraph 5 of the Defendants' pre-trial statement,
paragraphs A through B are incorporated by reference
herein. _
(3) EXPERT WITNESSES may be called out of turn by either party.
(4) WITNESSES. Only those witnesses listed at the Pre-Trial Conference
an names filed with the Clerk will be permitted to testify,
eucept the parties themselves and impeachment witnesses.
Either Farty may call_any witness listed by any other party.
