THIS COURT having entered a consent order on s'
September 5, 1979, approving the Final Report of the Receiver
and providing for the discharge of FRANKLIN A. HARRIS as
Receiver upon the filing of proper receipts by FRANRhIN A.
HARRIS, and it appearing to the Court that the Receiver
has filed a proper receipt signed by RICHARD FLANZBAUM

acknowledging receipt from the Receiver of the papers, check- 6
books and items of propert which the Receiver had received - - '

from the Defendant, RICHARD FLANZBAUM, during the course of
the receivership; it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ALJUDGED that FRANKLIN A. HARRIS is
discharged as Receiver in this action and -the liability of -
the surety Reliance Insurance Company upon the Receiver's
bond and upon the Plaintiff's-bond, is hereby terminated.
DONE ANn ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida this 26th
day of September, 1979.
