This cause having come on before the Court on the 25th
day of September, 1979, on Motions of the Plaintiff and of the
Defendant, and the Plaintiff representing himself, and the Defendant
being represented by counsel, and the Court having heard argument
by Plaintiff and counsel for the Defendant, and being otherwise _
fully advised in the premises, it is -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the various Motions made by the Plaintiff,
JEFFREY J. WAYNO, and filed herein, are all hereby denied, to-wit:

2. That the Defendant's Motion to Assess Additional

of the law firm of FEE, ROBLEGARD &-TEEL, P. A., Post Office Box
1000, 401-A South Indian River Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450,
and are awarded against the Plaintiff.-
