undersigned attorneys hereby stipulate and agree that the
non-jury. trial in the above-styled action which is presently
set for August 8, 1979, at 9:30 _A. M., before the Honorable
Dwight L. Geiger, Saint Lucie County Courthouse, Fort Pierce,
Florida, be continued. It is further stipulated and agreed
that this action. may be re-set for non-jury trial upon notice
by either party.
