THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard this day on Plaintiff's
.-.Motion to Compel Discovery, with Armistead W. Ellis, Jr.
present, representing .the Plaintiff, and-the Defendant
failing to appear, and the Court, after~Yeviewing the file
and finding that Interrogatories were served on May 24, 1979, by
certified-mail, and that Defendant has failed to answer
same, and the Court being further advised in the premises,
it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Defendant shall Nave
fifteen (15) days from the date of this Order to comply with - _ ,

and answer the Interrogatories previously sent him by the _
! Plaintiff, and in the event that he fails to do so, he shall ~
_ i
i
be held in contempt of this Court and subject to an Order of =
Commitment, for failure to answer said Interrogatories, it
- is further
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff does have and
recover the sum of Fifty and no/100 ($50.00) Dollars attorneys'_
fees for the hearing on the Motion to Compel, due to Defendant's
failure to answer said Interrogatories as propounded to him.
