THIS CAUSB coming on for hearing this 25th_day of
September, 1979, upon the Motions to Dismiss as to the
- individual trustees, and upon the Motion to Dismiss as~
to the Trust, and upon the Motion for-more Definite
Statement, and the Court having heard argument of counsel, -
-and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it is
upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the Motions to Dismiss, be and the same

are hereby denied. -
(2) That the Motion for more Definite Statement, be
and the same is hereby granted, and the Plaintiff shall
have twenty (20)~days from the date of this Order to comply
with the-Motion for more Definite Statement, and the Defendants
shall-have forty (40) days from the date of this Order to
file responsive pleadings after the filing of the more
definite statement.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
