MARY COLLINS ,shall have custody -of the said child(ren)
subject to the Defendant's right of reasonable"visitaCCtion; it is further

Said amount shall be remitted monthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and-
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winevood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and is _
- hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payments received from the Defendant
until further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments Eros
the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event-the support -
paymerit8 shall thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural mother
or person having custody of the child(ren); it is further _
