THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court and the Court having heard the evidence, and finding that it has jurisdic- tion of the subject matter; it is: ORDERED AItD ADJUDGED as follows: 1. That the Court has. jurisdiction of the parties. 2. That the bonds of marriage between Petitioner, JO ANNE BEAUFORD BURSE, and Respondent, CHESTER ARTHUR BURSE, JR., are dissolved because the marriage is irretrievably broken. 3. JO ANNE BEAUFORD BURSE be and she-is hereby authorized to assume her former name of JO ANNE BEAUFORD and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. 4. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying one another. 5. The Court-determines the sum of $ ~ to be easonable for the [,life's attorney for his services herein and RESTER ARTHUR BURSE, JR., is ordered to pay said .attorney said sum together with costs herein assessed at $34,50. 6. The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause, and the_ arties hereto may from time to time, if necessary, move this ourt for such further Orders as may be pYoper.
