This cause was heard upon the verif ied Petition for
Adoption filed in this cause and the minor's natural mother,
LO~.S ALINE LUDWIG, having given written Qonsent to the adoption
of her san, JAMES ALBERT McCOY, by the Petitioner herein, and it
appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper
person to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted and that
the best interests of the child will be promoted by the adoption
and.-that the child is suitable for adoption by Petitioner,"RUDOLPH - -

RARL LUDWIG, JR., and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as JAMES ALBERT McCOY
is declared to be the legal child of the petitioner, RUDOLPH KARL
LUDWIG, JR., and is given the new name of JAMES ALiiERT LUDWIG, by
which name he shall hereafter be known, and it is
ADJUDGED that this child shall be the child and legal heir
of the Petitioner, RUDOLPH KARL LUD•r7IG, JR., entitled to all rights -
and privileges, and subject to all obligations of a child born to
Petitioner, RUDOLPH KARL LUDWIG, JR. in lawful wedlock.
