This causie came on-to be heard for final hearing, and
after a default judgment having been regularly entered by the
Clerk of this Court upon the failure of the Husband to answer or
~ otherwise plead, and the Gourt, having heard the testimony of the f

Petitioner-Wife and her witness and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, makes the following-findings of fact:
- A. The Court has jurisdiction of the parties and of the ~
subject matter of this action;
B. The marriage of the parties hereto is irretreivably
broken;
and upon consideration, it is, _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:

each of said parties is restored to the status of being single
