THIS CAUSE was heard upon the verif ied Petition for -

Adoption filed in this cause and the Recommendation for Adoption
and Consent for Adoption filed by the Catholic Social Services,

Inc., and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioners are
i
fit and proper persons to adopt the minor child sought to be
adopted and that the best interests of the child will be pro-
moted by the adoption and that the child is suitable for -
adoption-by the Petitioners,-_JIMMY A. ROY and PATRICIA MARIE
ROY, his wife, and being fully otherwise advised in the premises,
it is, _
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as LISA ANN ROY
~ is declared to be the legal child of the Petitioners, JIMMY A.

~ ROY and PATRICIA MARIE ROY, his wife, and is given the name
of LISA ANN ROY, by which name she shall hereafter be known,
and it is further
ADJUDGED that this child shall be the child and legal
- heir of .the Petitioners, JIM1iY A. ROY- and PATRICIA MARIE ROY, _
his wife, entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject
to all obligations of a child born to the Petitioners in
lawful-wedlock.
