'and the `remaining one-half (1/2) ;share of my residuary `trust for
the benefit of my brother-in-lawi ALBERT A. SLATER. The share
allocated to eaoh beneficiary shall constitute and be administered
as a separate trust. Separate kooks and records shall be kept-
for each such share, but it shall not be necessarythat physical
division of the assets be made as to each share. The income and
corpus of each share shall be held, administered and disposed
of as hereinafter set forth. ~ _
8. riy Trustee shall distribute_to or for the benefit
~~of the beneficiary of each separate-share of the Residuary Trust
all of the income of the residuary trust in convenient installments,
-but at least quarter-annually. _
- C. In addition to the above distributions-from the
"Residuary Trust", my Trustee shall distribute to or for the benefit
of each-beneficiaries of the Residuary Trust from time to time,
- so much of the corpus of the Residuary Trust as my Trustee shall
consider necessary'-~or desirable for their medical care, support ,
and maintenance, taking into consideration the standard of living
to which they are accustomed at the time of my death, and all
other income and cash resources available to them such purposes
from all sources known to my Trustee.
D. If any income beneficiary of the Residuary Trust-
shall predecease me or die during the administration of the Trust,
then is that event, his or her share of the income shall be -
distributed in accordance with the provisions contained herein
to the remaining income bene-ficiary..
E. On the death of the last surviving income beneficiary,
or-in the event that both my sister, BETTY H. SLATER, and ray
brother-in-law, ALBERT A. SLATER, shall predecease me, my fidiciaries
shall -distribute to and for the benefit in the ~f°~.~a~~ng .proportions
