I nominate and agpoint as Trustee of all Trusts created
hereunder, the SOUTHEAST BANKS TRUST COMPANY, N.A.
- ARTICLE IX
I give and grant to my personal representatives and•
Trustee appointed hereunder, th~.followinq powers, duties and-
discretion in addition to those now or hereafter conferred-by -
any applicable law, to be exercised in their absolute discretion
in any capacity to which such powers may be applicable s-
(aj To retain and continue any and all investments
that may at any time or times, form a part of my estate,-although
not of the character authorized by law for the investment of estate
- or trust funds. -
(b) To--change investments and properties and to invest
and reinvest all or any part of my estate in such securities or-
other property as my personal representatives shall determine
_ to_be advisable; to invest .in stock of corporations regardless
of class. and in trusts and common trust funds, including the common
trust funds thaic may be maintained by a corporate fiduciary, ir-
respective-of whether the same shall or shall not be authorized
_ for the investment of estate or trust funds by the laws of the
State of Florida,. or otherwise.
(c) To take possession of, collect the rents, and
ii manage all of the real property, and any interests in any real
` property owned by me at the time of my death.
(d) To submit to arbitration, compromise and settle
all claims of or against my estate.
-(e) To sell at public or private sale from time to _
tir~?e, for cash or upon ciredit, or partly for cash and partly for
crdit, and to transfer, convey, lease, exchange, mortgage or
~ ot:~erwise dispose of all or any part of the property, real, personal
any mixed, at any time forming part of my estate and upon such
terns and conditions as my personal representatives shall deem -
proper. -
- (f) To borrow any and all sums of money,-either upon
the security of any and all property at the time forming-part
of my estate, or without any security. _
