(j) To execute and deliver all contrac s, deeds and
other instruments of any and every characaer that 'shall be-deemed
necessary or desirable-in connection with my estate.
(k) Any corporate Trustee shall be the custodian of
the-.trust property and of the books and records of the Trustees
and shall perform for the trustees all acts necessary for. the
- acquisition and transfer of personal property and money, including
the signing and endorsement of checks, rece~.pts, stock certificates
and other instruments, and no person need inquire-into the propriety
of any such act. '
(1) If any corporate Trustee at any time resigns or
is unable or refuses to act, another corporation authorized under
the laws of the United-States or of any State to administer Trusts -
may be appointed as Trustee by an instrument delivered to it and
_ signed by the beneficiaires at the time of appointment of at least
two-thirds of the current income. -No successor trustee shall
be personally liable for any act or omission of any predecessor
Trustee. - _
(m} If at any time a trust created-hereunder shall
in the sole judgrlent of the Trustees be of the aggregate principal
value of $25,000.00 or less, the Trustees may, but need not,_ter-
minate such trust and distribute the assets thereof in the Trustee's
possession_~to the beneficia~ry~or beneficiaries at•that time of
- the current income thereof,-and if there is more than one beneficiary
in-the proportions in which they are beneficiaries.
