The petitioner, CHARLES WM. STONB, alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as named personal
representative in the Last Will and Testament Qf the decedent. Petitioner's name
and address are CHARLES i~1N. STONE, 328 South Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida
and the name and address of petitioner's attorney are as set forth at the end of
this petition.
2. Decedent, NARY LBE SMITH a/k/a MARY L. SMITH, whose last-known address
was 2908 Carver Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and, if known, whose age was and
whose social security number is 265-56-6701 died on September .23, 1979, and at the ,
time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.

3. The name of the beneficiary of this estate, her address and relation-

ship to decedent, and the age of any who are minors are: t

in appointment as personal representative because he was named as personal represent-
