_ The undersigned, as personal representative of the
above estate alleges: - _ _
1. The decedent, Barbara A-. Liebl, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida-, died on the 7th day of February,
1979, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner
on June 20, 1979. - •
2. Petitioner.- files herewith a Waiver of Account and
Service of Petition for Discharge and Consent, to Discharge of
Personal Representative.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this astate by
making payment, settlement or other disposition of all claims
and debts- that were presented and by paying or making provision
for the payment of taxes and expenses of administration.
4. The amounts of_compensation either paid or to be
paid to the personal representative, attorneys, accountants,
appraisers or other agents employed by the personal represen- -
tative are:

5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax re-
turns with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of
Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed
