SHIRLEY ALBRITTON, Wife
ORDER OF CONTEMPT
This cause coming on to be heard pursuant to -the Order
entered on August 28, 1979 and the Court having heard testimony
of the Husband and be~:ng fully advised in-the premises, it is
thereupon
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Husband,. Robert Albritton,-has failed to _
comply with the terms and conditions of Paragraph 3 of the Final
Judgment entered herein on January 31, 1978 in his payments to
the Wife, and the Order dated January 19, 1979 in child support
payments. -
2. The Husband had the ability to make the payments
pursuant to the Final Judgment and the Order dated January 19, 1979.
3. The Court determines that the Husband, Robert
Albritton, is in wilful-contempt of this Court for his failure to
comply with the terms of the-Final Judgment and Order as-above set
- out and is in arrears in his payment to the Wife-for child support - -
in the amount of $2,865 as of August 17, 1979.
• 4. The Ausband is sentenced to serve thirty full days
in the St. Lucie County jail, Ft. Pierce, Florida for such contempt
but that the said Husband may purge himself by paying to the Wife
the sum of $75 each and every week commencing Monday, October 1,
1979 and on Monday of each week thereafter until the full sum of
