upon testimony of witnesses, stipulations of the parties and otherwise being.

THEREFORE IT 1S HEREBY, ORDERED,. AND ADJUDGED THAT

1. This Court has jurisdiction. over the parties and the subject +
matter hereof,
2. The marriage between the parties is hereby dissolved.
3. The following stipulations- shalt be by this Court and thereby !

become a provision in this Judgment:
_ a. _ The mother, FLORENCE ELLTS, shall have custody of
- the three (3j children.
b. The father, WILLIAM ELLLS, SR shall have visitation
rights as follows: -
- (1) On one (I) day of every other weekend of each month,
in the county where FLORENCE ELLlS at that time resides, between the
hours of 9:00 A.M. and ?:00 P.M:
(2) Said visitation shall be effective subsequent to advance;
notice of at least 24 hours to the mother, Mrs . Ellis ,
(3) Six (6) months after the date hereof said visitation
rights shall become reasonable to permit over..night visitation with the
children.
(4) Oa the forthcoming Christmas of 19?9 the father shall
visit with the children in the County in which the mother resides for a period
- not to exceed five (5) hours, from ?:00 A . M. to 12:00 P. M. ~tY/ t
