ORDER OF CONTEMPT
This cause coming on to be heard on September 14, 1979
upon the Wife's Amended Motion for Order of Contempt against the
husband for his failure to comply with paragraphs 3 and 4 of the
Order dated July 16, 1979 in failing to make child support-pay-
ments in the amount of $450 as of September 7, 1979 and the sum
of $150 attorneys' fees, and the Court having heard testimony of
the parties and argument of counsel for the respective parties and `
being fully advised in_the premises, it is thereupon -
_ _ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Court finds that the Husband has failed
to comply with paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Order dated July 16, 1979 r
by failing to pay to the Wife the sum of $450 fog child support as
o`f September 7, 1979 and the further sum of $150 to the Wife's
attorneys for their Temporary fee.
2. The Court further finds that the Husband was
financially able to comply with the terms of said Order dated July -
16, 1979 but wilfully failed to so do.
3. That the Husband is sentenced to thirty days in the
St. Lucie County jail, Ft. Pierce, Florida for his wilful contempt
of the Order dated July 16, 1979. The Husband may purge himself by `

making the payment to the Wife of $450 on or before October 5, 1979 E
