and the further sum of $150 to Errol S. Willes, Esquire,. 209 Orange
Avenue, Ft. Pierce, Florida.
4. In the event the Husband fails to make such pay-
ments as herein$bove set out on or before October 5, 1979 he shall
surrender himself to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida to
serve thirty full days in the St. Lucie County jail. In the'event
the Husband, Michael L. Rinq, fails to surrender himself to the
Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida then in that event C. L. Norwell,
-Sheriff of St. Lucie County,~Florida shall forthwith take the said -
Husband, Michael L. King, into custody and incarcerate him in the
St. Lucie County jail, Ft. Pierce, Florida for a period of thirty
full days.
- 5. The Husband,-Michael L. Ring, may purge himself of
contempt after being incarcerated by paying said sums hereinabove
set out to the Wife, Connie J. King, of $450 for child support and to
Errol S. Willes, Esquire, the sum of $150 for attorney's fee.
6. -All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida
-are ordered and directed to take the said Michael L. King into custody.
and deliver him over to the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida to
serve thirty full days in the St. Lucie County jail in Ft. Pierce,
Florida unless he purges himself as hereinabove set out.
7. The Court determines the sum of $150 to be a reason-
able fee for the Wife's attorney-for his services herein in the Motion
for Order of Contempt and that the said Michael L. King is ordered to
pay said attorney said sum within thirty days from the date of this
Order together with costs of $7.50 for sheriff's service.
