- .ORDER OF CONTEMPT
This cause coming on to be heard on September 14, 1979
upon the Wife's Amended Motion for Order of Contempt against the
Husband for his failure to comply with the Order entered herein
on August 21, 1979 in failing to pay to the Wife the sum of $200
bi-weekly for mortgage payments, utility bills, and support for
the Wife and minor child, and the Court having-heard testimony of
the parties and argument of counsel for the respective parties and
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Court finds that the Husband has failed

to comply with the Order dated August 21, 1979 by failing to pay
to-the Wife the sum of $160 as of September 7, 1979 on the bi-weekly
payments of $200. -
- 2. The Court further finds that the Husband was
financially able to comply with the terms of said Order dated August
21, 1979 but wilfully failed to so do.
3. The Husband is sentenced to thirty days in the St. -
Lucie County jail, Ft. Pierce, Florida for his wilful contempt-of
the Order dated August 21, 1979. The Husband may purge himself by
making the payment to the Wife of $160 on or before October 5, 1979. ?
4. In the event the Husband fails to make such payment

as hereinabove set out on or before October 5, 1979 he shall surrender
