- MORTGAGE RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned,
owners of a certain Real Estate Mortgage wherein Francis E.
Walsh and Helen 5. Walsh ~ are mortgagors
and ALLSTATE ENTERPRISES MORTGAGE CORPORATION, an Ohio
corporation is mortgagee, and given upon the following
described real property, to wit:
Condominium Parcel 201 of OCEANA OCEANFRONT
CONDOMINIUM ONE, according to the Declaration of
Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records
Book 24S, page 65, et seq. and as amended in
Official Records Book 253, page 365, et_seq., all
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
and recorded in Official-Records Book 255 of Mortgages,
on Page 1974 , Document No. 341493, in the Office of -
the Public

a -Records Book 255 , page 2712 , to the
Finnisterre Corp. a Texas corporation, and as further
assigned in Official Records Book 256 , page 589 , to
- -the Alison Mortgage Investment Trust, now known as
First Newport Realty Investors, a_ California business
trust, all of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, -
Florida, does hereby acknowledge full payment of the
debt secured .thereby and does release and discharge
same of record.
This instrument is executed by Trustees or officers,
of both, of First Newport Realty Investors in their
capacities as such Trustees or officers. By the execution _
hereof all parties agree that, for the payment of any
claim or the performance of any obligations hereunder,
'resort shall be had solely to the assets and property
of the Trust and no shareholder, Trustee or officer of
the Trust shall be personally liable therefor. Reference
~ is made to the Trust dated June 17, 1969, and amendments
thereto, copies of which have been recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
