OCEANRISE OF HUTCHINSON ISLAND, INC., a Florida corporation -
by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 4th day of May A.D., 1978 ,and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. LUCie
State of Florida, in 0. R. Book 286 Page 1423 , granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secwB the payment of the wm of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100----------- `
