in the offios of the perk of the Cirwit Court in and for the County of St. LUCI e
State of Florida,•in 0. R. Book 286 Prge 1423 ,granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100---------

ises hereinafter described. being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW Yf, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum one dollar snd other good and valuable consideration

at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit claim,
exonerate snd discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said

their heirs and assigns, all -that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,

to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 313,
- at pages 2307 thru 2351, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
and as amended in_Official Records Book 315, pages 1853 through 1866.
TOGETHER with all of its appurtenant s,according to the Declaration and
