that this purchase of a condominium unit at OCEMI VILI-.AGC OF f1U1'(~IINSON IS[JWU
is subject in every respect to the 11ec:Iaration of Condominium as to the condominium
in which his unit is located and Exhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the-same are attached to the Declaration of referred to
therein),~the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to the aforesaid De-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration i
"of Covenants and Restrictions of the,l'roperty Owner's Association; and Purchaser a
further aclmowledges receipt of and reading a~td examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclmowledges that each and
every provision of the .foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and m~uiage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedesc~ibed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision oi` said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Rnchaser hereby ratifies and -
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said 1eclaration of Condo- ~
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment- under the
Property Owners Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
- are resonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acirnowledges and confirms p
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' I~ssociation
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiian parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Uvners' Association and said Purchaser assimies the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducem~rrts, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to , and the common expenses and the sums dire wider the Property Owner's Association
and other charges arc estimated only.- No warra~rty or guaranty -is made or .intended _
nor may one be relied except where the .same is specifically warranted or guaranteed-
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exhibits attached thereto. -
