1, ~GNER SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
9, page ~74, of the Public Records of St._Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT to conditions, restrictions, reservations, limitations and
easements of record; anlolicable zoning ordinances, taxes and -
assessments for the year 1979 and subsequent years.

ject property nor on property contiguous therewith and that and
that subject property does not constitute his constitutional
homestead.
The consideration for the purchase of subject property was paid _
at time of closing when the property was transferred by Paul Martin
to H. P_llen Baldree by. Warranty Deed dated September 21, 1979,
and recorded in O.R. Book 3t7 , at page 33 , of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida. No further consideration was paid,
and this Deed is simply to properly reflect the title holders of '
said former transaction. The prover amount of documentary stamps
! and surtax stamps were affixed to the previous .Deed which did not
reflect the total number of grantees. -
Grantees herein shall not convey their interest without the
expressed written consent of the other grantees.
