AMENDMENT TO PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
OF
LUCIELAND RIVER HOMES
THIS AMENDMENT, made this ~_1?~day of September A.D., 1979, between
LUCIELAND CORPORATION, a Florida Corporation, LUCIUS P. WHEELER, JR. and
BARBARA WHEELER, his wife.
Paragraph 7. of the Partnership Agreement dated Julq 8, 1977, is
hereby amended as follows: -
7. MANAGEMENT, DUTIES AND RESTRICTIONS. LUCIELAND CORPORATION,
through its .President, Stan_Hicks, shall be the managing partner of -
said partnership. He shall in all respects with regard to this partner-
ship's participation in the general partnership-known as Hidden River -
Estates Developers, enter into any contract to sell property of said
partnership, or to sell, assign, or pledge this partnership's interest
in the partnership known as Hidden River Estates Developers; or to exe-
cute any lease or any mortgage with respect to any property owned.by said
general partnership. In addition, LUCIELAND CORPORATION, through its
President, Stan Hicks, shall have authority to convey; mortgage, lease.or
otherwise deal with the property titled in Lucieland River Homes, a general
Florida Partnership.
~ As amended by this Agreement, the Partnership Agreement-of Lucieland

River Homes dated July 8, 1977, is hereby ratified and confirmed. -
