AS90CIATION, INC. , anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which
has been assigned aIi the rights and reservations of LAICEWOOD PARK CORPOR
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION UORPORATION, and LAKE-INDRIO
CORFORA'TION, said Assignment being recorded in Official Record Book 186, _
Page 2065 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit G'ourt of St. Lucie County, -
Florida.
2..That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit numoers in Lakewood Park Subdivision,- for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidav[t being recorded in Official Record Book 300
Page 1461 .Public Records of St. Lucie-County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S AS.90CIATION, INC. ,
hereby release. satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
LOTS 14-15 & 18 Blk 151 UNIT 11
