gate sum named in the promissory note of soon dote herewith, hereinafter described. the mortgagor here-
6y grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and oonjitms unto the mortgagee all the certain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie County.

For as long as any part of the indebtedness secured by this
mortgage shall remain unpaid, mortgagor shall maintain and
care for the citrus trees and crops located or grown on the
mortgaged property, such maintenance and care to include
- cultivating, spraying, dusting, pruning, fertilizing, irri-
gating and protecting the trees and-crops against damage by -
freezing and. fire, all to be done in a good and husbandlike
manner and in accordance with standard methods of citrus
I grove caretaking generally recognized, accepted and in use -
for citrus groves located in the vicinity of the mortgaged
property.
If any default shall occur, the mortgagee or assigns, .upon
filing a complaint in any court of competent jurisdiction to
-foreclose this mortgage, may appl-y for and shall be entitled
as a matter of right and without notice, to appointment of a
receiver to take possession of, management and control of the
premises mortgaged herein, to pay the taxes and assessments
thereon, to p=outdo any and all necessary maintenance, to
maintain, transfer, assign or sell the crop thereon, and to
apply the residue of any proceeds to the payment of all sums
II hereby secured or of any deficiency which may arise after
applying. the proceeds of the sale of the premises to the -
amount due, including interest, costs and expenses of such
foreclosure and sale.

~ Mortgagors further warr3rt and covenant that neither resides
on subject property an3 that it is not homestead property.
This is a corrective instru-nent to correct the description in
` that mortgage recorded in O.R. hook 31'7, at Paqe 390, Public
Records of St. Lucie Caunty, on which mortgage and note all
intangible tax and documentary stamps have been paid.
