WITNESSETH THAT:

Grantor, -for and in consideration of the sum of - -
Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valu-
~ able consideration paid to Grantor by Grantee, the receipt
of which is acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold,
and hereby grants, bargains and sells, to Grantee; its - ~
successors and assigns, forever, real property, situated
in St. Lucie County, Florida, described in Exhibit A
attached .hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. -
Sub;ect to: Real groperty taxes for 1979
and .subsequent years;_zoning and other regu-
latory laws and ordinances affecting the
above-described real property;-restrictions,
reservations, covenants, conditions, limita-
tions and easements and other matters
whether or not of record; and a purchase -
money mortgage of even date herewith
securing payment of one promissory nose in
the original principal sum of $9,135,798,
which purchase money mortgage is part of the
security for payment of said promissory
note; the remainder of the security for said
note consisting of purchase money mortgages
encumbering real property in other Counties j
in Florida-and deeds of trust conveying
properties in the States of Arizona and
California, all given by Grantee to Grantor. -
