The following described property in County of St. Lucie, State
of Florida:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the South line of the North
One-quarter (1/4) of the Southeast One-quarter (1/4) of Section _
Twenty-two (22), Township Thirty-five (35) South, Range
Thirty-nine (39) East and the East right of .way-line of Lochrie
Road as described in Deed Book 95, at page 111; thence
Northeasterly along said East right of way :~ao Hundred - _
Fifty-two (252) feet, more or less, to the South line of the _
property owned by Gentile Bros. Co. as described in Deed Book
106, at page 519_; thence East along the South line of said -
Gentile property Two Hundred Sixty-seven (267) feet,_more or
less, to the Southeast corner thereof; thence North along the
East line of Gentile Bros. property Three Hundred Sixty (360)
feet, more or less, to the South right of way of Ditch too. 49;
thence East along said right of way Seven Hundred Sixty (760)
feet more or less, to the East line of the Northwest -

Southeast One-quarter (1/4); thence South Six Hundred-Sixty
(660) feet, more or less to the Southeast corner of the
Northwest One_-quarter (1/4) of the Northeast One-quarter (1/4)
of Southeast One-quarter (1/4); thence West along the South
line of the North One-quarter (1/4) of the Southeast
One-quarter (1/4) of said Section, One Thousand Twenty-seven
(1027) feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
