or under any such other mortgage, deed of trust or other
security instrument or a default under the Note, it shall
be necessary or desirable for Mortgagee to pursue any or
all~of ;the remedies afforded to Mortgagee in any such
mortgage, deed of trust or other security instrument,
Mortgagee may, at its option, proceed against and exhaust
the property encumbered by this~Mortgage-either
(a) independently of action against or involving any or
all of such other security,~or (b) concurrently therewith,
and_in such order as Mortgagee may desire. This Mortgage
is of equal dignity and priority with such other mortgages
encumbering real proerty in such other count es in Florida. ;
