or under-any such other mortgage, deed of trust or other '
security instrument or a default under the Note, it shall
be necessary or desirable for Mortgagee to pursue any or
all of the remedies afforded., to Mortgagee in any such
mortgage, deed. of trust or other security instrument, _
Mortgagee may, at its option, proceed against and exhaust
t-he property encumbered by~this Mortgage either
(a) independently of action against or involving any or
all of--such other security, or (b) concurrently therewith,
and fn such order as Mortgagee may desire. This Mortgage
is of equal dignity and priority with-such other mortgages
encumbering real proerty in such other count es in Florida.
