deposes and says: _
1. He is the President of WTWV, Inc. !
2. WrWV, Inc. is a Mississippi corporation which operates a tele-
vision station which is engaged in business under the fictitious name
-of ~,T1'VX and operates on Channel 34 in Ft. Pierce-and Vero Beach, Florida.
3. I~i't'iJV, Inc. has had published once-a week for four consecutive .

weeks in the Ft. Pierce News-Tribune a notice indicating that it is con- -
ducting business under the name of W1'{1X.
4. W1'WV, Inc. owns the entire interest in the television broad--

casting station known as WTVX. Wl'WV, Inc. is a Mississippi corporation
and is duly qualified to do business as a foreign corporation under the
laws of the State of Florida.
5. A copy of the proof of publication of the notice as required ~
by Florida Statute 865.09 is attached with this affidavit and made a

part hereof to conform with the registration requirements of the Stat- "
