LUCIE RE: Commencing at a point on the Nest-line of Lot 1, Section 1, Township~36 South, Range 40 East, 1143 48/100 feet South of the North line of said Lot 1; - thence run East parallel with the North lot line to the Indian River; thence Southerly along the ~ _ river bank until it will square 238.25 feet;-thence ~ West parallel with North lot line to West lot line;. # s thence-North along West lot line, 238.25 feet to _ - place of beginning. Being also known as Lot 4 of _ FRIES SUBDIVISION of Lot 1, Section 1, Township 36 - South of Range 40 East. Less and Excepting therefrom, the North 116.94 feet lying East of_Florida East Coast Railway right-of- - # way and that. part West of Florida East Coast Railway right-of-way. _ Also excepting therefrom rights-of-way for public roads and Florida East Coast Railway right-of-way. BEFORE me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared Mary M. Sellards, who upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say that she, joined by her husband, Harold E. Sellards, executed that certain mortgage to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, dated September 5, 1979, and recorded in O.R. Book 316, page 669, of the Public Records of St. Lucie ~ County, Florida. Affiant further states that she is one and the same as-Mary M. Lassiter, who was named as grantee in that certain deed dated December 31, 1971, and filed January 3, 1972, in O.R~ Book 198, page 1389 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
