CERTAIN MORTGAGE IN THE ORIGINAL PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $150,000.00
TO FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA DATED MARCH 7,
{ 1973, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOR 211,_PAGE 2106, PUBLIC RECORDS
OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA-AND INFERIOR TO THAT CERTAIN
MORTGAGE DATED OCTOBER 1, 1975 IN THE ORIGINAL PRINCIPAL
AMOUNT OF $41,200.00 TO CARPENTER INVESTMENTS, INC. RECORDED
IN O.R. Boox ~yy , PAGE /00/ , PUBLIC RECORDS OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, FLORIDA. A DEFAULT IN EITHER OF THE AFOREMENTIONED
