the Plaintiffs Complaint in Replevin, and the Court having issued
a Show Cause Hearing, and the Defendants having failed to appear,
upon the same, and there having been filed a Motion for leave to
Intervene., and the Court having examined all of the Pleadings filed
herein, having heard argument of Counsel and being fully advised
in the premises it is - _
- ORDERED, and ADJUDGED as follows:
- 1. That the Defendants have failed to answer, respond or Plead
' in this cause. That said Defendants-have failed to appear as Ordered

in the Show Cause Order.
2. That the Landlord made an Ore Tenus Motion far leave to
withdraw his Motion for leave to intervene in this cause.
~ 3. That the Plaintiff, INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MACHINES CORPORATION
- is hereby awarded possession of the following:
one (1) IBM Selectric Composer bearing serial no. 5105844.
- 4. That the Surety on t~e-Replevin Bond and the Plaintiff shall
be and the same are hereby discharged from said bond=
