THIS CAUSE came. on for hearing before this Court on the
25th day of September, 1979, upon the Motion to Dismiss filed
herein by the.-Defendants, JOSEPH J. LACH and MARY ANN LACH,
his wife. Having considered said motion, the argument of
counsel and being otherwise duly advised in the premises, it
is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the atbtion be, and the same is
_ hereby denied, and the Defendants, JOSEPH J. LACH and MARY ANN_
LACH, his wife, shall have twenty days from the date of this

Order within which to-file their answer. It is fur-then
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants, JOSEPH J. LACH
and MARX .ANN LACH, his wife, shall have twenty days from the
date of this Order within which to file a brief_on the issue
of the Plaintiffs' right to injunctive relief in this case,. _
and the Plaintiffs, D. J. TZIMENATOS and SOPHIE S. TZIMENATOS, -
his wife, shall have twenty days from the date of service of
the Defendants' brief within which to file-their reply brief.
