for-Order Imposing Sanctions and Motion for Continuance, and the Court after
having heard argument of counsel for the respective parties, and being fully
advised in the premises, upon_consideration it is
ORDERED-AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff's Motion for Order
Imposing-Sanctions shall be withheld for a decision at the time of-the-trial.
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff's Notion
for Continuance is hereby granted and the trial in the above captioned matter
is hereby set on the trial docket of October 24, 1979.
