ASSIGIdMSNT
The undersigned, 3UN BANK OF ST. LUCi$ COUNTY, a Florida
banking corporation, "Assignor",-in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00)- and other good_and valuable consideration,
received from or on behalf of GENERAL AMERICAN LIFE INSURANCE -
COMPANY, having its principal place of business in St. Louis, -
Missouri, "Assignee", does hereby assign and transfer unto the
Assignee all of its right, title and interest in and to that
certain-"Collateral Assignment of Lease or Leases" dated March 13,
1979 and recorded-in Official Record Book 305 at Page 138 of the. -
-Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, made by RONALD C.
RUTSCHINSRI, Individually and as Trustee, to the Assignor here-
under, including all rights to sue for, collect and receive all -
rents, profits, revenues, royalties, rights and benefits due or
to become-due thereunder, with power to enforce in the name of -
the Assignee or in the name of the Assignor any ~.nd all rights
- given to the Assignor thereunder. This assignment is made without
recourse or warranty.
To have and to hold the same unto the Assignee, its legal -
representatives,-successors and assigns-forever.
