Grantees, by acceptance-and execution of this Receipt -
acknowledgesthat this purchase is subiect to, in every respect, the
Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Hook 313, pages 2307 -
~ and as amended in Official Records Book X15, pa es 1853 through 1866
2351, of the public records of St. Lucie Coun~y, Florida, and Grantees
further acknowledge receipt of and reading.and examination of said
DeclHration, together.Nith its Exhibits and acknowledges that the
terms thereof are in the best interests aDd for the benefit of all
the owners in said Complex. -
Grantees agree to abide by each and every provision of said
Declaration and Exhibits thereof, and ratifies and confirms all the
terms-thereof. -
Grantees confirm that all warranties,~representations and..
inducements, if any, are as contained. in the aforesaid Declaration of .
Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto, and that no warranty or
guarantee is made or intended to be made or relied upon except where
the same is- specifically warranted or guaranteed by the aforesaid,
Declaration and Exhibits thereto.
