Personally appeared before me this day, QUEEN ESTER MILLER,

who first by me being duly sworn, says: -
1. That she is the surviving spouse of ISAAC MILLER, deceased,. -
2. That attached hereto is the original Last Will and Testament
of ISAAC MILLER, which was in effect at the time of his death.
3. That there was no property owned by ISAAC MILLER, individually,

prior to his death, .unless and except some interest claimed individually ~

in the property owned by the APOSTLE FAITH CHURCH OF JESUS described on
that deed from BEATRICE-JOHNSON to-the APOSTLE FAITH CHURCH OF JESUS
recorded in O.R. Book 254, Page 921. -
4. That this Will is being placed of record to show that she,
the undersigned, is the sole heir of ISAAC MILLER and so could convey
whatever interest he had in the property. _
5. That she has,- subsequent to his death, written-a new Last
Will and Testament and that the attached Last Will and Testament
is not her present Will. -
Further, your Affiant sayeth not.
