WE, ISAAC MILLER and QUEEN ESTHER MILLER, of the City of
-Fort Pierce, County of Saint Lucie, in the State of Florida,' do
hereby make, publish and declare this-to be our Last Will and
Testament hereby revoking all other Wills and .Codicils by either or
I both of us at any time heretofore made.

- Although we are executing our Wills together and the Will of
each_of us is reciprocal, they are based upon an agreement between
- ~ us and are to be construed as contractual. .
II
It is our Will and Desire that our bodies be buried in a
F Christian-like manner suitable to our circumstances in life.

III
~ I-t is our Will and we so direct that all of our dust debts,
including our funeral expenses, be paid without unnecessary delay
by our Executors hereinafter named and appointed.
IV
We mutually agree to give to the survivor of us, the entire
- residue of our property at the time of our death.
V
We mutually agree that in the event that we shall-die in a
common accident or disaster, we give, devise and bequeath our
~ entire estates equally to our children, namely, MARY GOODMAN,
ISAAC MILLER, JR., EARTHA BRYANT, SHIRLEY JOHNSON, ABRAM MILLER,
f and QUEEN ELIZABETH MILLER, our granddaughter.
