The Seller will convey said land to Purchaser subject to the .following use restrictions, regulations, and covenants, which shall run with the land: - A LAND USE AND MOBILE HOME TYPE of s al a use except or residential purposes. LICENSE PLATES mobile home may be placed on a lot that does not have a valid motor vehicle license plate or it is assessed as real estate. - I I.
