6. The Seller will convey said land to Purchaser subject to the .following use
restrictions, regulations, and covenants, which shall run with the land:

home shall be erected, altered, placed or permitted to remain on any~lot other than a

B EASEMENT -

NUISANCES

All owners of lots shall maintain their properxy in such manner so as not to create
health or fire hazzards or to leave any lots in an unsightly condition. AVON MANOR
PARK,-INC, reserves the right to-enter upon any lot to parcel, to mow, burn, or clear
any weeds or debris .and reserves the right to assess the owner for the cost thereof.'
D LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY ~ - _

on any lot except that dogs, cats or any other-household pets may be kept Provided
they. are not kept; bred, or rnalntained for any commercial purpose:. Dogs shall not
be allowed to run loose.
E GARBAGE AND REFUSE DISPOSAL
No of s al be used or ma ntained as a dumping ground for refuse or trash.
Garbage or other waste shall be kept in sanitary containers with a tight fitting cover.
All incinerators or other equipment for the storage or disposal of such material shall
be kept, in a clean and sanitary condition. All lot owners or occupants shall be re-
uired m use a garbage collection service that collects garbage and trash et least
~2) twice per week and to pay reasonable charges which may be made for such collection

F MOBILE HOME SET-BACK AND LOCATION

to the front-line or to the side street line. No mobile home shall be located nearer
than Fifteen (15) feet to the back lot line. Each mobile home shall be centered on
the lot with the ends facing the short side of the lot.

No clothes lines or other item for the hanging of wash or clothes for the
purposes of drying, shall_be permitted anywhere except on the rear fifteen (15) feet
of each lot. -
H. LICENSE PLATES
mobile home may be placed on a lot that does not have a valid motor vehicle
license plate or it is assessed as real estate. -
I I. No mobile home may be placed on a_lot jf it is more than-four (4) years old,
without the written consent of AVON MANOR PARK, INC. -Each mobile home placed or maintained
on any lot must be maintained in_a first class condition.

ach mobile home shall have a base or skirting to sufficient)y enclose the en-
ti re perimeter of the mobile home and the base or skirtin_g_shall be in keeping with the
design of .the mobile home.
K TAGGED VEHICLES -
o vehicles of any type not properly licensed and togged and in running condi-
tion shall be stored on any lot or right of way. No owner shall have more than 2 cars
parked on premises at any given time, exclusive of guests.

the insurance code and laws of the State of Florida.
