WHEREAS, A portion of the lands involved and necessary to said section of road is subject to -

WHEREAS, On behalf of the State of Florida a request has been made for the undersigned to
subordinate said encumbrance to the propertyr rights of the State of Florida in acd to the portion of the
prerises hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSET'H: That for and in consideration of the premises and one dollar
gad other good and valuable considerations, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the under-
signed subordinates said encumbrance to the property rights of the State of Florida, !o locate, r-c~struct,
