- RIGHTS TO STATE OF FLORIDA
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Whereas, it is proposed by the STATE
OF FLORIDA,- by-and through its component agency, The State of Florida, Department
Af Transportation, to locate, construct. ~aintaia and/or improve a portion of
State Road 70 Section 94030-2513` in St. Lucie County,
Florida; in accordance with-survey and plans on file in the.Office of the State
of Florida, Departmeat of _ ~ ~asportatiou; and, -
VHERBAS, A portion of the lands involved and necessary to said section-of
road is subject to Easement/Right of Nay Agreement/Right of. Way Agreement held
- by the undersigned; and,
WHEREAS,- On behalf of the State of Florida request has been toads for the
undersigned to suboz•9inate said encumbrance to the property rights of the State -
of Florida in and to the portion of the presises hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That for and in--consideration of the pretDisea
and one dollar dad other good and valuable consideration, paid, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, the undersigned subordinates said encumbrance-to the prop-
erty rights of the State of F1,Qrida, to locate, construct, maintain and/or ietprove
said section of•road over, through, upon, and/or acroas•the following described
leads, being a portion of the encumbered premises in ST. LUCIE County,
Florida. to-wit: -
