KNOW ALL lIEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Whereas, it is proposed by-the STATE
_ OF FLORIDA, by and through its cospoae~tt aga~cy, Z1u State of Florida, Departoeat
of ?ransportation, to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve a portion of
State Road 70 Section 94030-2513 in St. Lucie County,
Florida, in accordance with survey sad plans on file in the Office of the State
of Florida, Depsrta:sat of Tranaportstioa; and,
WHERFJIS, A portion of the lands involved sad necessary to said section of
road is aub~eec to Easement/Right of Way Agreement held
by the undersigned; aad,
WHEREAS, Oa behalf of the State of Florid• request has been rrtsde for the
undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property rights of the Stage
of Florida in and_to tho portiaa of the premises hereinafter described.
NOW,_TNEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That for snd in consideration of the premises
aad one dollar aad other good and valuable considerations, paid, rectipt of which
is hereby ackaovledged, the undersigned subordinates said encumbrance to th_e prop-
erty sights of the State of Florida, to locate, construct, maintain and/or inFrove
said sect±on of road over, through, upon, and/or across the following described
lands, being a portion of the encumbered premises is ST. LUCIE County,
Florida, to-wit:
