The undersigned, as personal representative~of the above -
estate alleges: - _ _
1. The decedent, NATHAN BROWN, a resident of St. Lucie
County, Florida, died on July 28, 1977, and Lett~:rs of Administra- -
tion were issued to Petitioner on October 14, 1977.
2. Petitioner files herewith Waivers signed by all in-
terested persons, including Petitioner, waiving the filing of a
final accounting, service of Petition for Discharge and consent
to discharge o~ personal representative. _
- 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
making provision for payment of all taxes and expenses of a~ndnistration.
4. The amount of compensation paid attorneys, accountants
~ and appraisers employed by the personal-representative is set forth
~ -
~ in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax ret+~rns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the DepartmQnt of Revenue
of the State of Florida.- Petitioner has determined that trere is
no obligation for federal or Florida taxes.
6. Petitioner has .:made distribution of the assets of this
estate as set form in-the Schedule for Distribution attached here-
to as Exhibit "B".
7. The only persons, other than Petitioner having an
