_ ORDER OF FINAL DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN

THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the ~i day of J~~,
1979, upon the Petition For Discharge of the Guardian_of the person
an3 property of HOYLE L. BENTON, Incompetent, and Notice Of Hearing
on said Petition having been served upon all persons entitled to
same, and the Court having examined the Petition For Discharge and
the attachments thereto and the Final Accounting of Guardian and
the Court receiving into evidence an Affidavit as to reasonable
attorney's fees and costs for the attorney for the Guardian, and

~ an Affidavit as to a reasonable fee and costs for the Guardian of
the person and property of the late HOYLE L. BENTON, and the Court
being satisfied that the Guardian has faithfully discharged the
duties as such Guardian and has rendered a complete and accurate -
Final Return and there being no objections to discharge of the Guard- _
ian and surety, and. the Court heing otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon -

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Petition for Discharge of Guardian of-the
person and property of the late HOYLE L. BENTON, Incompetent, be,
and is hereby ordered granted and that upon the Guardian fully
complying with the provisions of this Order, the Guardian be, and
is hereby ordered discharged and the sure'~y on the Guardian's bond,
if any, is released from further liability.
